Size advice

  • Vintage clothing sizes generally do not correspond to current sizes, so each garment is given with its flat measurements and, based on that, a ready-to-wear size.

  • Shoulder to shoulder, measure from one shoulder point to the other.
  • Armpit to armpit is your bust measurement divided by 2. So if your bust measurement is 90cm, the flat measurement is 45cm.
  • Waist and hips are circumference measurements. Measured flat, divide by 2.
  • Vintage clothing can be worn oversized , so a larger size isn't a problem (unless it's a fitted style, like a skirt or trousers without stretch).
