Each vintage item gets

a spotlight in my webshop

I carefully select vintage clothes,
treat it with love

and give it a spotlight in my webshop

A fresh start in a unique item

You probably recognize this: you find a beautiful vintage sweater. Absolutely in love. But as soon as you take it out of the bag at home, that characteristic smell hits you. First wash it, sometimes even again, and the moment is completely lost. Or that one vintage blouse: gorgeous colors, totally your style. But when you get home, it turns out a button is missing and the seam is undone. Who wants that?

This has to change, I thought. That's why I pay close attention to the way the clothes are treated, ensuring you get the feeling of a new garment—but unique, durable, and with character.

Attention to every garment

Selection

One of the most enjoyable parts: the treasure hunt! I select my vintage clothing piece by piece through specialized wholesalers. I pay attention to my style, as well as quality and wearability.

Treatment

I sort the clothes into different loads and treat any stains. I also occasionally make repairs, such as a loose button. After washing, I steam or iron each item so it's as good as new.

Photography

I photograph each item in each collection, both individually and with a model (so far, it's been me). I do this in my living room! I also make sure it's styled nicely, so you can clearly see how to wear the item.

Sale

I write a description for each item (no ChatGPT) and measure the dimensions. Ordered it? I'll lovingly wrap it for you, and then it's your turn to enjoy your new vintage piece!

3 pieces of clothing per second?!

Did you know that an average of three pieces of clothing are produced every second? All by human hands, because clothing is still a handmade product (yes, even at Shein and Temu).

These days, clothing is more of a disposable product, like a coffee cup. Just use it and throw it away, something new again. Those three garments per second are made far too quickly, with no attention to quality. That's why so much clothing ends up in a landfill, as you can see here. I'm still amazed every day by how this happened. That's why I choose vintage clothing . The difference lies in the love and attention with which these clothes are made. Plus, you save the production of new clothes and treat yourself to quality and authenticity with something unique.
