Shipment

Flamingo Vintage delivers to: the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, France, Austria, Poland, Denmark, Portugal, Czech Republic, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, Greece, Ireland, and Finland. Based on your order, you will automatically see the available shipping method(s) and associated costs at checkout.

Shipping costs

  • Netherlands: letterbox package €3.95; standard €5.95
  • Belgium: letterbox package €5.95; standard €7.95

Letterbox parcel is for smaller orders of up to two lightweight items, such as blouses, skirts, or tops. This is automatically calculated during checkout.

  • Zone 1 (Germany, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, France): €10.95
  • Zone 2 (Austria, Poland, Denmark): €12.95
  • Zone 3 (Portugal, Czech Republic, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, Greece, Ireland, Finland): €16.95

Delivery time

Orders placed on business days before 2:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will be shipped the following business day. The shipping time is subject to force majeure, e.g., illness or absence. In the event of an extended absence, e.g., vacation, this will be announced on the website and Instagram. Flamingo Vintage has no control over the delivery time of its shipping partners. You can track your package with a track & trace code, which you will receive within 24 hours of shipment.

Returns

Avoid returns, as this can be quite costly for a small business. Before ordering, carefully check the dimensions and description of an item, and don't hesitate to send us a message if you have any questions. If you're not entirely satisfied, you can return the item according to the instructions and conditions below. Please note that return costs are your responsibility.

Instructions

  1. Please contact us via the email address below and state your order number, return item(s) and preferably also the reason for your return.
  2. You will receive an email with the return address.
  3. You pack the products you wish to return in the original shipping packaging or other suitable packaging.
  4. You send the package to the address you received by email. Return shipping costs are your own responsibility.
  5. Once the return has been received, Flamingo Vintage will check whether it meets the conditions below.
  6. You will receive the amount due in your account within 14 days.

Terms and Conditions

  1. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
  2. The product is well packaged, preferably in the original shipping packaging, to prevent damage during transport.
  3. If the product is damaged or damaged beyond what's necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
  4. You are responsible until the item has been received by Flamingo Vintage, so it is recommended to send with a track & trace code.
